Home Air Filtration
One of our customer’s favorite items is a high-efficiency home filtration system, which is ideal for homeowners susceptible to airborne germs, pollen, pet dander, etc. This system uses patented germicidal technology, and independent lab testing has shown 96% germicidal effectiveness within 24 hours for viruses and bacteria in the conditioned air. The best part is that there is no cleaning required-just replace the filter cartridge periodically!
How does it work? It uses a precision point ionization to charge the particles as they enter the purifier, it captures airborne particles, and it kills and inactivates captured viruses, bacteria and mold.
These filters are rated a MERV 13 (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value), which is the industry standard for measuring the air filter efficiency. On a scale of 1-16, the higher numbers are better able to capture smaller particles.
As a courtesy to our customers, we kindly remind you when your filter cartridge is due to be changed.
Is Maintenance Service Necessary?
Cooling systems are put to the test during our long, hot summers. Without regular air conditioning maintenance, the constant use can take a toll on the equipment. Malfunctioning parts make your system inefficient so that it runs for longer periods of time, increasing your utility bill.
The benefits to have regularly scheduled maintenance service:
• Improved cooling comfort and humidity control
• Save money on your utility bills
• Protect your home from damage caused by faulty parts
• Address potential equipment problems before they break
Well maintained systems have a longer life span than neglected air conditioning systems.
